No practices may be held when the temperature exceeds 95 or if the heat index exceeds 105.  
The club uses The Weather Channel temperature/heat index for the zip code 66062.

Various forms needed by coaches and/or parents will be posted below for the 2010 fall season as they are available.  They are in PDF format.

• Generic Physical Form -- for parents taking their child to their personal physician for a sport physical (or well-check that clears a tackle football player to play in Fall 2010); must be performed/stated after February 1.
• Game Schedule Request -- game schedule requests will be considered but not guaranteed.  Form due by August 13.
