Youth Squad Assistants are students and must complete an application. The head coach may assign someone at the seventh grade level or above to be the Youth Squad Assistant to help with teaching cheers, etc.  The youth squad assistant must fill out an application.  The youth squad assistant is not left alone with the squad.  Her job is not to discipline the cheerleaders, only to assist the coach and assistant coach in teaching material to the cheerleaders.  Youth squad assistants are not required to attend a Coach’s Instructional Seminar, but are encouraged to do so.

The youth squad assistant application is now online. If your family has an account, please login to your account page and go to the Volunteer tab.  Click on Add Volunteer Role and select the Youth Squad Assistant Application.  Complete the application with your information and submit.
