Speed & Agility Training

DATES:
July 12th, 14th, 19th, 21th (Tuesday and Thursday)

SESSIONS:
10am-11:30am
3rd-8th Grade (will be broken down by grade)

FEE:
$75 per athlete for all 4 sessions
*20 athlete limit per group

LOCATION:
All In Sports (located upstairs at Drive 5 Sports Center)
12140 W 135th St, Overland Park, KS 66221

SPECIFICS:

Sessions will be lead by the All In Sports coaching staff with current college football players. Sessions will focus on teaching proper mechanics for SPEED/AGILITY DEVELOPMENT, JUMP TRAINING, FOUNDATION STRENGTH and CONDITIONING. We will test each athlete on VERTICAL JUMP, PRO-AGILITY SHUTTLE, 20 YD. DASH, 300 YD SHUTTLE etc.
